| Company Overview: | Avid is your local phone company. We provide local, long distance, and internet access for businesses in the Kansas City metro area. Our specialty, however is cloud-based phone systems. We are the largest provider of Hosted PBX in the Midwest and because we are a carrier, voice packets never touch the public internet. This means we can guarantee QoS from the desktop all the way to our Switch at 1102 Grand. We are still the only carrier in town that does not require a contract for services, and we are crazy enough about service that we put an “AVID” button on every phone that we deploy (about 40000 and counting) so you can reach us easily for any question any time. |

Lowest churn in the industry by a large margin. Loads of references all over town. I’m sure we’ve won some awards too, but can’t think of any at the moment. |
